There are 2 ways to show the Excel Pivot Table Toolbar

• Show Excel Pivot Table Toolbar using main menu.
• Show Excel Pivot Table Toolbar using mouse right-click.

Show Excel Pivot Table Toolbar using main menu.

Select View | Toolbars from the main menu and choose the ‘Pivot Table’ option from the list.

The Pivot Table toolbar will automatically appear.

Whilst hovering over the main menu, click the right mouse button to reveal the list of Toolbars

Select the ‘Pivot Table’ option from toolbar list.

The Pivot Table toolbar will automatically appear.
